Returns Policy

Order Cancellation  - 

We hope that your bathroom purchase is everything that you were wanting, but we do understand that, in the unlikley event, your items may be damaged or defected or you may not wish to have that item anymore or it wasnt to your liking. If this is the case then please notify one of our customer serivce team adivisors and they will help you through the process. You have the right to cancel your order anytime before the goods have been dispatched and 14 days after receiving the goods. 

You can notify the customer serivce team by phone, email or in writing however for the fastest response we recommend contacting us by email to or by phone on 01535 667202 quoting your order number and name. Please note we can only help you if you have your order number to hand. 

Cancellation and Returns of Goods - 

When you receive your goods and you simply do not want them anymore or if you change your mind, you can return them back to use as long as it is within 14 days of receipt of goods. However you (the customer) will be repsonsible for the arranging the return of the goods, responsibiltiy of the goods until we receive the goods, and all costs involved. 

All goods should be returned in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. We will not accept or refund any goods if they have been used, damaged whilst in your possession or in transit back to us. 

Please note that any special ordered items, customized or manufactured items to your need are non refundable and we will not accpet any cancellation. 

Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods - 

At Grand Design Bathrooms we fully understand that on the odd occassion goods may be delievred to you damaged or faulty. If this is the case we must be notified of any damged and faulty goods within 48hrs of receiving the goods. The quickest and easiest way is to send an email to us at and giving your order number as the reference. The other alternative is to call our customer service team on 01535 667202 and they will assist you. Once we have been notified, we will then either arrange a collection, ask for the goods to be returned back to us or that you dispose of the goods yourself. Please do not dispose of the goods without our consent. If you return the goods back to us we ask that you include the postage receipt so that we can refund you the full postage cost. 

Please note that we send the faulty good back to the manufacturers fo a complete product testing and analysis to determine the nature of the fault. If the goods are determined not to be faulty or if the faults are caused by neglect or abuse then this will voide the warranty and the product will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. We ask the your bathroom fitter takes extra care when handling the goods. 

Warranties and Guarantees - 

At Grand Design Bathrooms we offer a minimum of 12 months Manufacturers  Guarantee on all our products. Many of our products will come with longer guarantees and this will be a Manufacturers Guarantee and the duration of this will be listed next to the products with a guarantee stamp. 

Should any of your products incur a fault during the stated manufacturers guarantee period then please contact us first and then we can adivse you on what the next step is. Different maunfacturers have different procdures when dealing with faulty goods. Somtimes we can deal with the relacement on your behalf, but on other occassions the manufacturers will only wan to talk direct to you, the customer, so we will provide you with the relevant contacts so that you can get in touch with them quicker.
