Grand Design Bathrooms Delivery Information
When you have placed your order we give you the option to collect your items from our Collection centre in Keighley for FREE. Once you have placed your order, at the checkout simply select Collect in Store from the delivery options, and then one of our cuv service advisors will be in touch with you to advise when you can come and collect your items from the Collection depot. We give a lead time of 2-5 business days from when you place your order to when you can collect.
At Grand Design Bathrooms we appreciatite you buying your bathroom suite from us which is why we have a Free Standard Delivery Promotion on orders placed over £500. This applies only to our Standard Delivery option and excludes Next Day Delivery and Guaranteed Delivery.
Courier Delivery Service –
For Parcel, Small and Medium items we will use a courier service to deliver the goods. Each item will be carefully packaged and checked before it has been collected from our warehouse from the courier. You will then be notified when your item has been dispatched and you will also be given a tracking number. Your delivery will then arrive at your door within the time frame of the service you selected. (2-7 Days Standard Delivery, Next Day, Day Specific).
Pallet Delivery Service –
For all Large Items and Full Bathroom Suites we will use a pallet delivery service to deliver your goods. The time scale of this service is 2-7 Days, but we also do have a Next Day Delivery option and a Guaranteed Day option (UK Mainland Only).
When your order has been processed and agreed with the courier, we will then contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date from the dates provided by our courier. Our pallet delivery service only offers delivery to the kerbside, or as close to the door as possible. If the property is unreachable for any reason, then the delivery will be made as close as possible to the property. The driver is not insured to take the goods inside the property. We recommend that 2 able bodies are present when the goods have been delivered.
Our pallet delivery days are Monday – Friday between 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM. Please note that if you miss your delivery date for any reason, then you may incur a re-delivery charge. The charges for re-delivery will be –
Standard - £34.95
Next Day - £50.95
Guaranteed Day - £64.95
These charges are also applicable to the Free Delivery Promotion.
Once we confirm your delivery date with yourself, if for any reason you cannot be there on that date, you must notify us no later by 03:00 PM the day before the planned delivery to avoid any re-delivery charge.
Next Day Delivery Service -
If you need your products in a hurry or you just cant wait then our Next Day delivery service is the option for you.
For our Parceled and Small and Medium items the courier will make you delivery from 09:00AM to 06:00 PM.
For our Pallet delivery service the delivery will be made between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM and you will receive a phone call from the drive from up to 2 hours before arrival. The driver will then unload the pallet from the vehicle and then deliver the pallet as close as possible you door.
Please note that Next Day Delivery is subject to the following criteria –
- The order is place before the cut off time of 01:00 PM - Please note if your order is placed before 01:00 PM on Tuesday then you will be offered a Wednesday delivery day. If you order after 01:00 PM on Tuesday then you will be offered a Thursday delivery day.
- All items are in stock and are available for delivery.
- Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total
- Next Day Delivery is to UK Mainland Only – Please note we do not deliver to Scottish Highlands, ROI, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel, Orkney and Shetland Islands or any of the following postcodes TD, EH, AB, IV, KW, PH, DD, HS, PA, KA, DG, KY, FK, LL, SA, TR, BT, IM, IOW
Restricted Delivery Areas –
Certain postcodes are excluded from our delivery network, and so we are unable to deliver to the following postcodes -
TD, EH, AB, IV, KW, PH, DD, HS, PA, KA, DG, KY, FK, LL, SA, TR, BT, IM, IOW, Scottish Islands, Orkney and Shetland, Isla of Arran, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Dublin, Rest of Eire, Isle of Man, Scilliy Isles, Isle of Wight

Delivery FAQ’s –
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Stocked items are normally delivered within 2 – 5 working days to all UK Mainland addresses. Delivery lead will vary from time to time due to stock availability. We recommend that you do not book a fitter or plumber in until you receive the goods.
What if I’m in a hurry for my bathroom?
We understand that you may want your bathroom sooner, which is why we offer a collection service from our Collection Depot in Keighley, West Yorkshire. This is the quickest and fastest way to receive your goods. The other alternative is to select a Next Day service.
Do you offer a two man delivery service?
At this moment in time, we do not offer a two man delivery service. The driver will deliver your goods as close as possible to your door step. We recommend two able bodies are present whilst receiving the goods.
Can I choose a particular day?Our customer service team will contact you via email or phone to go through available delivery dates which you can choose from. If none of these are suitable then you can select the guarantee delivery date option, which will guarantee your delivery on a day of your choice, but only during AM hours.
